Nothing feels better than removing toxins from your life. These can include anything: people, habits, foods, materials, ways of thinking, the list continues.
Not everyone, nor everything, helps you grow, shine, or become a better person.

Watch out for people who want to tear you down. Notice when people aren't truly happy about your accomplishments, or if they pretend to be happy, and secretly envy you. Notice when people aren't genuine. You don't have to always cut people out, but be wary. And if things get too much to handle, then its time to hit that block button.
Some people are worth holding on to, but others can take and take and never give back.

Love yourself. Be patient with yourself. Identify ONE thing, just one thing that needs to be changed right now, and focus on changing that. Master that, and only then tackle another. For me, I needed to improve my diet and cut people out. For you, it may be getting off your phone for a bit to accomplished one task that's been needing your attention.
Give yourself the chance to be a better version of yourself this new year ❤️ you owe it to you
